Heat Treating, Hardening Processes are 
Done on a Seal Quench Furnace - SQF with a
computer controlled atmosphere.

These computer controlled SQFs ensure that no carburization or de-carburization occurs during heat treatment. The following processes are available in SQF:

• Case Carburizing
• Carbonitriding
• Through Hardening

In addition, the following hardening processes are also available:

• Induction Hardening
• Nitrocarburizing in Liquid Salt Bath Furnace
